Rendez Zoo
When: October 15th from 6 to 11pm
Where: The Phoenix Zoo
Join us for an exotic adventure of dinner, drinks and dazzling experiences. Support the Zoo and its more than 200 endangered or threatened animals as we celebrate our second annual Rendez- Zoo, An Evening of Conservation and Cuisine on Saturday, October 15, 2011. As the pinnacle fundraiser for the Phoenix Zoo, Rendez-Zoo generated more than $400,000 in its inaugural year, while allowing us to clearly extend our message for continuing our mission: To provide experiences that inspire people and motivate them to care for the natural world.
Your support of Rendez-Zoo will allow you and your guests the opportunity to experience one of Arizona's finest treasures first-hand, while helping sustain our world class conservation efforts, contribute to the care of our animals, and assure that we can continue to offer a wide range of engaging educational programs which inspire and promote stewardship of the natural world. By investing in us, you invest in conservation, nature, and the quality of life in our community for generations to come.

La Patrona in period dress at the 45th Annual
Jerome Historic Home Tour
45th Annual Jerome Historic
Home Tour
John's Mom, known to us as "La Patrona" is always busy with projects and events. The 45th Annual Jerome Historic Home Tour is no exception, where she lends her expertise and good humor keeping the folks waiting in line entertained. She's always advising them to "Drink plenty of water!" as well as giving out little tidbits of advice on the properties that they are going to see or Jerome's wonderfully colorful history.
If you have never had the opportunity to visit Jerome on Home Tour Weekend, you really owe it to yourself to make plans now for the annual event that happens in May. This is the time of year that you can travel to Jerome and actually walk through the historic buildings and homes. There's no better way to learn more about this unique community of artists & musicians than by going on the tour. Make plans now for 2011!
The Honeymoon Cottage was opened up to lucky ticket holders of the 44th Annual Home Tour in Jerome Arizona. Along with the tour, Marge Black-Graziano offered autographed copies of her new book, "Lady Lost, The Story of the Honeymoon Cottage in Jerome Arizona"
If you would like to purchase a copy of the book, please give us a call at the Jerome Winery, 928-639-9067 or stop by and visit us in Jerome!
